    On weekends, you will find locals enjoying the west coast cuisine at one of the many amazing spots around the city. Because the best part of the weekend is, definitely, brunch.

    We can not name them all as there are quite a few. But here are some of Victorian favorite brunch spots.

    Blue fox
    Victoria’s first and foremost all day breakfast since 1991. Located at 101 – 919 Fort Street. They serve a varied fresh homemade style from classic breakfast, french toasts to bennies. If you like bennies you have up to 10 different choices.

    The Ruby
    Since opening in 2015, the ruby offers a refined take on brunch that blends eclectic southern brunch and lunch fare with the city’s best vinyl collection and downright charming service. Located at 642 Johnson street.

    Nourish
    Established in 2010, Nourish lives in an 1888 heritage house turned community hub. They serve a naturally diverse menu that includes thoughtfully sourced whole foods, offering quality meat dishes and vegan meals alike. Located at 225 Quebec Street.

    Jam Cafe
    Inspired by recipes from the south, like their house made cornbread, buttermilk biscuits and fried chicken they wanted to create a menu of comfort fare in a rustic-city atmosphere.It is a fun and casual spot, really famous between local but worth the wait.

    Aura Waterfront
    Beyond the backdrop of Victoria’s Inner Harbour, Aura is an adventure into bold tastes and beautiful platings. You can go for the classic pancakes or you can opt to build your own omelet. Located at 680 Montreal Street.
